Love is... {Couples Fine Art Photographer in San Diego}

I had such a great time getting to know this newlywed couple of just 5 months a few days before Christmas and capturing the love and connection between these two. Not only does he serve in the U.S. Army (thank you!) but he is also a painter which I found intriguing as I love all kinds of art. What a story too, they were born and lived for a bit in the same neighborhood as small children, but didn't meet until they were adults working at the same job, talk about meant to be!
When talking about where they wanted to do their session they wanted somewhere with a lot of trees and a lot of nature. In the heart of downtown San Diego is one of my very favorite spots in Balboa Park that really fit what they wanted. I love this little hidden gem from everything such as children sessions to romantic couples sessions. It was a rare overcast day here in San Diego but that just really made the colors of God's creation pop around us as we hung out and captured this special time in their newlywed life together. I loved seeing how connected and close these two seem and I wish them many blessings and happy years together!
